Apex Legends Octane Heirloom
Currently, there are only four Heirloom sets available in Apex Legends, but the addition of an Octane Heirloom would increase the number of available Heirloom sets to five. The Heirloom is a switchblade knife that looks to also have a dosage of Octane's stim mixture just inside of the blade, which may be used after a melee takedown.
There will most likely also be a Banner Pose and Intro Quip, but the details regarding those parts of Octane's Heirloom have no yet been revealed.
These leaks have not been officially confirmed by Respawn Entertainment, but leaks like these have generally proven to be reliable especially when accompanied by other leaks that show new skins and maps.
Apex Legends Octane Heirloom: How to Get
Since the Heirloom is just a leak, there is no way to currently get the item in Apex Legends. Octane's Heirloom will probably appear around the same time that Gibraltar gets his rumored new skin.

Normally, heirloom items cannot be crafted or purchased, but players can obtain them from Apex Packs or through Collection Event previews. Details have not yet been released about the event surrounding the release of Octane's Heirloom, but will probably follow shortly after the official announcement of the Heirloom.
The chance of getting an Heirloom from an Apex Pack is incredibly small, and can only be guaranteed in one out of every 500 packs opened.
