Pokemon GO Crabhammer: New High Damage Ability
Crabhammer is a move that can be learned by Kingler and Crawdaunt. It has stats that are similar to Hydro Cannon, which is one of the strongest water-type moves in the game. Crab hammer has slightly different stats depending on when you are in PvE or PvP.
In PvE, the stats are as follows:
• 85 damage
• 50 energy (two bars)
• 1.9s cooldown
• Damage is dealt from 1.5s to 1.75s of the animation
in PvP, the stats are as follows:
• 75 damage
• 50 energy
• Can buff Attacker's Attack stat by 2 stages (12.5% chance of activating)
Hydro Cannon has a similar cooldown and deals 90 damage, so it is slightly stronger than Crabhammer. However, the important thing to note about Crabhammer is that one of the Pokemon who can learn it, Kingler, already has incredible stats. This new move, combined with Kingler's amazing stats, makes him the strongest water-type Pokemon in the game when it comes to overall damage per second.
Crabhammer is an extremely powerful move, and it is surely going to make an impact on the relevance of both Kingler and Crawdaunt in Pokemon Go. Make sure you participate in the event before it ends on Aug. 30 at 4 p.m. ET.
