Destiny 2 recently released what appears to be the final piece of content for this season, yet the Lightseeker triumph appears to be bugged.
About a month ago, the Hawkmoon quest for Season of the Hunt went live, and part of the quest asked players to collect "paracausal" feathers. Yet after players got the gun, they received news that there would be more to the Hawkmoon quest later. Low and behold, on the Tuesday update, players received a new mission, titled Harbinger that allowed them to unlock the Hawkmoon catalyst, and get random rolled versions of the gun.

Although the mission was well-received, it also appears to have bugs it needs to work out. The new Harbinger mission contained five more paracausal feathers for players to collect, and doing so should have completed the Lightseeker triumph which required players to find all the feathers available to collect in one week. However, the triumph still wasn't completed for many after collecting all the feathers.
Bungie acknowledged the bug in their weekly “This Week At Bungie” Blog and also confirmed the “Birds of a Feather Triumph," which requires players to complete the Harbinger mission with Hawkmoon equipped, is bugged as well.
With the season’s end rapidly approaching, players are eager to complete all the triumphs and unlock the Season of the Hunt, “Warden” seal. Hopefully, the bug gets patched soon and players are able to unlock the seal before the arrival of Season 13, in February.
