Keepsakes are items that are interchangeable and can be equipped to help you out on your runs in-game. There is a huge variety of them to choose from, and you will be able to upgrade and unlock even more as you continue to play on. 1. Old Spiked Collar
Starting the game with only 50 being your max health, is definitely doing you no favors. Equip this Keepsake when you start off and increase your maximum health to 75. If you choose to continue to use it, the maximum health it can give is 50 additional HP points.
2. Black Shawl
This Keepsake allows the user to regain health for every forty percent of darkness they collect. This will come in handy especially because the more you go on runs, the more darkness you are sure to collect.
3. Distant Memory
Distant memory allows a player to do additional ten damage to enemies that are further away. This will come in handy when you are unable to get close to your opponent, plus it can be upgraded over time and do more damage.
